How to permanently delete your Ballrs account
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Ballrs app
- Go to Profile (tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm when prompted
What Gets Deleted
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data including:
- Profile information and username
- Gameplay stats and streaks
- Friends list
- League memberships
- Duel history
- XP and achievements
Warning: Data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. This action is permanent.
Can't Access the App?
If you can't access the app but need to delete your account, contact us directly and we'll process your request within 30 days.
